Do you have a strong background in product design using AutoCad and SolidWorks? Are you an experienced Design Draftsperson that can create 3D Assemblies and construction drawings?

We are currently seeking a skilled Design Draftsperson to join our team in our Newcastle (AUS) office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Design Draftsperson, you will play a crucial role in supporting the engineering team on innovative new composite projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating 3D parts and assemblies using industry leading software.
• Preparing detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Applying and maintaining documentation standards.
• Design support and assistance to our international clients.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Design Draftsperson.
• Extensive knowledge and hands on experience using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• A practical understanding of typical materials.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in the composites industry is an advantage.
• Experience in the marine industry is an advantage.

• Must have rights to work in Australia.
